MARANA VULC TOM DUGAN

Shoes are holding up well and given I like to wear a lot of yellows and oranges the color compliments my style quite well. Just starting to learn skateboarding so take this as you will. Happy with this purchase

Happy with everything except the look. Very comfortable. Very durable. But I'm not happy with the look. It's not good as what I expected.

The bottom of the left shoe was glued or sewn defective. Etnies love your products. One out of 40, not bad at all. Please contact me so we can resolve this.

Shoes look great and are super durable, but they absolutely KILLED my feet. I got horrible blisters after half an hour of wear.

The shipping and handling was just great. The thing that pulls down the review is the shoe itself. I was so happy a few years ago when I started buying Marana Willow Vulcs. They fitted my feet perfectly. Now they've been made slimmer and is a pain. I have to keep them in shoe blocks for a few months before I can wear them. But then they are great. Still, it was a big downer when the design was changed and I hope they will be made a tad wider in the future.

The shoes arrived quickly and fit as expected. They seem durable from a first brush. Definitely well suited for skating or BMX

Absolutely love this design. This is exactly how a skate shoe should feel, look and perform. They are stiff and puffy which means support and foot protection - two lost attributes in modern vulcanized shoes....Great flick too, they feel nice and light on the feet and board. I just acquired my second pair of these in the mid-top version and they're even better! Love em. But, unfortunately, they could be even BETTER if you guys stopped cutting corners over there and still included STI insoles and (extra grippy) 400 NBS outsoles that were originally intended for this shoe. I realize the game is tough and you guys have to make things affordable...but, damn, at least start using better/stronger glue for the outsoles. I had to shoe-goo the bottoms back together after 2 skate sessions! That sucked... All things considered this awesome design has a lot of potential and I really hope you guys keep doing more cool colorways in the MT version! Thank you Sole Tech! Thank you skateboarding!

Great flick with these shoes. I skated with vans but they are disappointing compared to these. I find them very comfortable and they mold the foot very well, everything i expected

nice and wide. i like the thickness and shape of the tongue. the vamp is a little tight over your toes at first but will break in after a few days. MORE WIDE SHOES PLEASE, ETNIES! especially cupsoles.

Everything is great about the shoe and im loving the toe cap. But the sole rips a little easily. May just be my grip but other than that the shoe is the best.

Great shoe. Before these I had some Adidas that got completely shredded in 2 months. I've been skating these hard for the same amount of time and they show almost no ware. The only thing I changed was I added some more cushiony insoles.

After a couple of days they were already broken, the sides were loose from the shoe and a brown spot on the sides developed, but the shoes walk nice

Comfortable and resistant, They are perfect for common use and for ride. To keep it simple these are very good shoes.

Sharp looking shoe!

Have to say the pictures gave me a different idea of the shoe overall. But still stylish and I would say they're worth the price. I'm no skater to talk about the full comfort but they trully have a good feeling, foot feels protected. I hope the sides don't start falling apart as it is a common problem of these shoe styles. 8/10 overall so far! Try them out.

I bought these for my son for his birthday and he loves them!! They are not getting neat up as quickly either. :)

look awesome but build quality is lacking. normal get jameson 2 but thought i'd try a different design but they are already showing signs of distress despite not doing anything in them to warrant the state they have become

I've enjoyed wearing the Marana Vulc in purple. They fit my style, and are comfortable. I'm a lady, but I got the mens shoes based on color - not all girls like pink all over everything, we do have other favorite colors! ;) They are wide enough for my feet, which is really nice (ladies shoes most often pinch my toes, which is another reason I bought the men's style). The only "problem" I've had so far is it hurting the outer edge of my foot, but not really bad. My feet hold up well in them for a full day of activities. Did I mention they are comfortable and they just look good?

I can't comment on how these would be as a skate shoe; I got them to wear as a casual shoe. They have been a great purchase! I have found them to be true to size, very comfortable, and stylish. Similar to the popular Vans but they have a little more to them. Yet, they are not at all bulky or excessively padded as some skate shoes seem to be. They just look great. I got them in white and there is a great variety of colors. I'm thinking of getting another pair. Great shoe; even more so considering the price.

fit great they still skate awesome they've held up and havent blown out yet and im 2 months in. i should of bought a 9 the sizes are just a tiny bit bigger in the vulcs. i may have stretched these out either way they still are awesome shoes and will last for months on end. so I would suggest them to an avid skater who loves vulc shoes

The best shoes around...

Cool shoes, half a size too big, a bit wider than the original Marana.

I love the look of this shoe and was super excited to get to skate it. Unfortunately the shoe was almost a whole size to big so I had to return them. The only other thing I could say is my first impression was that they were a bit on the heavier side but felt like a super durable shoe! Hopefully I can get a pair that fits right!

This shoe is amazing, but if your prone to ankle rolling these shoes aren't the best I've rolled my ankles twice in these. Once like never befor I haven't been able to skate for a month to fully heal. I don't blame my injury on the shoes, but think the would be better with some ankle support.

My 12 3/4 year old loves them! He won't wear any other shoes. I like the way they look too.
